This beautiful property was originally a plaster disaster, with multiple leak sites.
We were brought in to do a complete overhaul on the cladding with extensive remediation, and the finished product is nothing shy of a masterpiece.
Major renovations were carried out inside including 3 new bathrooms and new kitchen, new wood flooring and all new joinery, as well as new floating deck over the garage and outdoor area on the rear of the property.
Project Length - 8 months
Favorite part of the project - Completing the curved sun room, complete with 8 windows to maximize natural light. Very tedious but rewarding.
